Resumen

Este apartado presenta las externalidades que ha traído la evaluación del desempeño de las actividades científicas para los casos de Colombia y México, y los modelos de Colciencias y el SNI. De igual forma, expone las conclusiones encontradas a partir de la actual investigación que da origen a este documento.
